| WARRANTY |
| A North Country Door, Inc. guarantees our products against warpage of
more than ¼" for one year from date of purchase. This guarantee does not apply if damage is caused by improper storage, finishing, or
handling. Single panel doors over 24" wide or 44" high are not guaranteed. Doors returned for bad color must be returned unfinished for
credit. We cannot be responsible for defects that do not show up until after finish has been applied. North Country Door, Inc. will ship
replacements or missing products as soon as possible after the claim. However, we reserve the right to ship replacements at original
product charges until a reasonable inspection of the original product has been performed. We may in some instances require the product
be returned for inspection prior to replacement to ensure that the problem will not re-occur. Mitered doors are not warranted for joint separations that occur as a result of moisture or humidity conditions. We do not recommend that mitered designs be painted. NCD finished products have a one year warranty against peeling, cracking, blistering, or fading, but not against discoloration. NCD does not assume responsibility on any of our products for damages or poor color match when the customer applies finish. Warranty covers replacement of our products only.
