Mitered Doors
Stile and rail sizes are not changeable.
Mullions are not available with mitered door styles.

Lip styles
North Country Door, Inc. recommends when using C lip, doors be sanded to ž" thick.
When using the H lip NCD recommends adding a full inch to opening due to cut back.
We can not bore for hinges with the J lip.

Wainscoting
The longest section we can do is 9 ˝ feet.

Mullions
We cannot do mullions with the Ogee profile.
Shaker mullions are 5/8" wide
Traditional mullions are ž" wide
Colonial mullions are 1" wide
All true divided mullions are 1 ź" wide.

Please order by DOOR size not opening size.

All items are made to exact size ordered. Give the width first, then the height. Once the order is in production, any changes will be charged for on a time and material basis. An order may not be canceled after it is started in the shop. The time between order receipt and production varies from just a few minutes to several days. The customer is responsible for any discrepancies on verbal orders, not followed up with a written confirmation by the customer. Standard doors will be 13/16 + or - thick.

NCD recommends that single panel doors do not exceed 24" wide or 44" high. If they do, there are additional design charges. Oversized doors have additional design charges. Note that oversize doors are not guaranteed against warpage. Our minimum width for paneled doors varies on door styles and is listed above that design. Doors and wainscoting will have our standard 2 ź stiles and rails unless told otherwise. Our standard center stile and center rail is 2 ˝ wide, unless told otherwise. All orders require a 50% deposit and written confirmation to start production. We now accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All prices are F.O.B. our plant.
